Write for us

Pitch us something worth reading

We publish practical writing from people who've actually done the work — across AI, data engineering, cloud, product and growth. If you can teach our readers something specific, we'd like to hear from you.

Overview

What we publish

  • First-hand experience: what you built, what broke, what you'd do differently.
  • Concrete how-tos with real examples, code or numbers.
  • Clear points of view, argued honestly — including ones we might disagree with.
  • Typically 1,200–2,500 words, original and not published elsewhere.
Overview

What we don't publish

  • Thinly rewritten content or anything AI-generated end to end.
  • Pieces written mainly to place a backlink.
  • Vendor pitches dressed up as articles.
  • Generic listicles with no first-hand insight.
Approach

How to pitch

Send a short outline — the working title, who it's for, the argument, and two or three things a reader will be able to do afterwards. Include a link to something you've written before. We reply to pitches we want to run, and we'll edit for clarity before publishing.

Have a topic in mind?

Send your outline and a writing sample. We read every pitch.
