Sawasdee Heights, a visionary project by the Sawasdee Group, aimed to create a unique brand identity that would capture its luxury high-rise living concept. The client needed:

  1. Logo Design: A logo that reflects the project name “Sawasdee Heights” and embodies the luxury and high-rise lifestyle.
  2. Brand Identity: A cohesive brand image for Sawasdee Heights as a premium, high-class residential project. This included various print materials such as brochures, coffee table books, stationery, price lists, newspaper ads, and billboards, all reflecting the elegance and exclusivity of the brand.

Logo Design

Analysis:
To create a logo with a luxury feel, we examined high-end brands in both real estate and other sectors. We focused on identifying colors, fonts, and layouts that exude sophistication.

Outcome:
Our research led us to select a palette of rich purples with complementary secondary colors, which convey an elegant, high-class aesthetic. The final logo design reflects upward movement, symbolizing “Heights,” and uses a refined, minimalist approach for a sophisticated look.

The brand identity system utilized the same shades of purple from the logo, along with complementary secondary colors for a balanced look. We created a unique geometric pattern derived from the logo’s shapes, which was applied subtly across materials to reinforce brand recognition.
