Introduction

Galaxy and Sawasdee Group is a leading real estate developer in the National Capital Region (NCR), well-known for its high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The group currently oversees 13 active projects, each embodying their commitment to luxurious living spaces with a focus on modern amenities and green environments

Objectives

  1. Increase Sales: The client needed a strategy to drive sales inquiries for various residential and commercial units across their portfolio, helping them to achieve higher occupancy rates.
  2. Expand Brand Awareness: With an existing network of brokers, Galaxy and Sawasdee Group aimed to broaden this network and foster word-of-mouth promotion for each of their projects.

Analysis Outcome

  1. Need to Expand Brand Recognition Beyond Existing Networks
    Galaxy and Sawasdee Group is well-established in the NCR real estate market, particularly among brokers. However, expanding their brand recognition to reach new potential buyers and investors required additional efforts across various platforms.
  2. WhatsApp for Engagement, Other Social Media for Awareness
    Brokers and real estate buyers primarily used WhatsApp for real-time updates, which we anticipated would make it ideal for direct outreach through network-driven sharing. To broaden brand awareness, however, we considered that social media platforms like Facebook could be crucial for reaching a wider audience of potential buyers. We believed WhatsApp would allow for efficient, broker-focused engagement, while social media would provide a public-facing platform to showcase projects and engage a broader, more diverse audience who might not yet be familiar with Galaxy and Sawasdee Group.
  3. Project Prioritization & Performance Tracking
    With 13 projects under management, we anticipated focusing on those with immediate sales needs to concentrate efforts more effectively. High-impact projects aligned with current market demand were expected to become priority targets for both WhatsApp and social media campaigns. To measure the success of these efforts, we planned to establish metrics for tracking engagement, inquiries, and leads across channels. Additionally, regular feedback from brokers and audience interactions would allow us to refine creative content, ensuring relevance and maximizing impact for both targeted and broader audiences.

Implementation

Based on our analysis, we implemented a multi-channel approach to enhance visibility and drive engagement for Galaxy and Sawasdee Group’s projects:

  1. Daily sales creatives
  2. Social media management
  3. Printing and outdoor advertising

Daily Sales Creatives

Each day, we designed multiple sales creatives for the projects. These visuals were shared through Galaxy and Sawasdee Group’s WhatsApp network, enabling quick, targeted reach to brokers and prospective buyers, amplifying visibility and engagement.

During festivals, we adapted the entire theme of the sales creatives to resonate with the festive atmosphere, enhancing appeal and engagement.

The festive-themed adaptations played a key role in connecting with the audience on an emotional level, as they resonated with the cultural moments that matter to potential buyers. These seasonal adjustments to the creatives helped convey the brand’s awareness of and connection to its audience’s values, creating a welcoming and approachable brand image.

It was ensured that branding elements remained consistent and visually attractive to align with each project’s unique identity. By tailoring content to highlight unique project features, latest updates, and high-quality visuals, we were able to showcase the brand’s commitment to excellence and innovation in real estate.

Print and Outdoor Advertising

To reinforce brand presence in the NCR region, we developed multiple billboard creatives installed at key locations across Delhi NCR, targeting high-interest audiences with compelling visuals and messaging.

For the Galaxy projects, we designed rich, visually striking graphics that combined vibrant colors, bold fonts, and golden accents to create a sense of luxury and grandeur. This approach was intentional, as our audience included a diverse mix — older individuals, first-time real estate explorers, occasional investors, and more traditional buyers who might not otherwise engage with typical real estate visuals. The bold, high-impact style aimed to capture attention immediately and evoke a feeling of exclusivity and value, making the projects feel aspirational yet accessible.

Conclusion

Through our dedicated efforts in brand promotion and creative outreach, we successfully strengthened Galaxy and Sawasdee Group’s brand awareness, establishing them as a prominent name in the NCR real estate market. Today, Galaxy and Sawasdee Group is widely recognized as a developer with a strong portfolio of ongoing and completed projects, making a lasting impression on prospective buyers and investors.

The strategic use of daily WhatsApp creatives, social media management, and targeted print and billboard advertising significantly contributed to increased visibility and direct sales across multiple projects. Although we developed more than 3,000 unique creatives for this initiative yet, we’ve showcased only a selection here to illustrate our approach and impact.
